30-Day Returns & One-Year MADARG Appliance Warranty

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your device. For a change-of-mind return, the device must be unused and returned with all included accessories.

You are responsible for return shipping when returning an item because you changed your mind. MADARG covers return shipping for a defective item or an item supplied incorrectly.

To request a return, email support@madarg.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending your device back. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and its eligibility confirmed.

One-year MADARG appliance warranty

MADARG provides a one-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects in our hair appliances during normal residential use. This warranty is provided by MADARG.

Contact support@madarg.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We will provide a prepaid return label when inspection is needed. After confirming a covered manufacturing defect, MADARG will repair or replace the device, or refund its purchase price.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, an incorrect power supply or unauthorized modifications. Follow the actual device rating label and supplied instructions. This warranty does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
